BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

​​​​Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class teaches competition proven techniques and involves sparring sessions to sharpen your skills in a safe but high-intensity environment. Our Gi and no-gi classes are tailored to suit students of all experience levels.

MUAY THAI

​​Our Muay Thai class will typically include cardio such as jumping rope, followed by technical drills on Thai pads, focus mitts or heavy bags to practice strikes and combinations. Students also learn the clinch (close-quarters combat) and may participate in sparring.
Muay Thai class at 510 Renegade is focused on building fitness, strength, endurance and self-defense skills.
KIDS BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

The 510 Renegade Kids BJJ Curriculum is designed to provide a structured, developmentally appropriate framework that teaches children the foundational movements, positions, and safety principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while building confidence, discipline, coordination, and emotional regulation.
The curriculum balances technical instruction with game-based learning, emphasizes partner cooperation and respectful behavior, and limits submissions and live training intensity to ensure a safe environment.
Kids will develop body awareness, problem-solving skills, and resilience that support both long-term athletic development and positive character growth.
